The Sheriff’s policy on keeping the peace in Jhesephat City is based on not doing much law enforcement, because Jhesephat City has very few laws. The Sheriff shows up at a conflaburation and asks people to stop conflaburating. That works most of the time. Otherwise he invites them to a night’s stay inside Jhesephat City Sheriff Office and Law Emporium.
He is respectfully addressed as Sheriff, The Sheriff, and Sheriff Johnnie. Only Sue and Classanr are close enough to use just his first name.
